Politics meets high tech

As part of the annual visit by the main committee of the city of Espelkamp to a company based in Espelkamp, ONgineer on Hindenburgring was selected this year.

Mayor Dr. Henning Vieker visited in mid-September with the city's main committee and state and local politician Daniela Beihl to get an idea of what ONgineers does. During a tour of the company's headquarters, Managing Director Claus-Martin Mündel explained the latest developments, products, and services that ONgineer formerly part of HÜCO electronic—a Harting spin-off) has launched.

The mayor offered practical, direct support for a municipal charging infrastructure pilot project to be implemented in Espelkamp.
