Our services are aimed exclusively at business customers, entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities governed by public law, and special funds under public law.
The conclusion of a contract with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is excluded.General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Business Customers (AVB-U) – for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or merchants under the German Commercial Code (HGB).
The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of ONgineer GmbH and apply to our purchasing and procurement processes.
